Dear Community Members,

The Devin J. Norring Foundation, in proud partnership with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Our Saviours Lutheran Church, invites you to join us for a powerful and educational Red Ribbon Week event on Saturday, November 1st, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Hastings High School, located at 200 General Sieben Drive, Hastings, MN 55033.

This free community event will bring together families, students, educators, and local organizations for a day dedicated to drug prevention, awareness, and community connection.

Event Highlights Include:

-DEA “Hidden in Plain Sight” Presentation – An interactive exhibit designed to help parents identify signs of potential substance misuse.

-Screening of Come Back Home – Presented by the Devin J. Norring Foundation, this impactful film raises awareness about the dangers of fentanyl and the importance of prevention education.

-Narcan Training – Offered by Dakota County Public Health, empowering attendees with lifesaving overdose reversal skills.

-Community Resource Fair – Explore local prevention, recovery, and mental health resources.

-Law Enforcement Vehicle Display – Kids can meet local officers and see emergency vehicles up close!

Together, we can honor Red Ribbon Week’s mission—to live drug free and strengthen our communities through education and action.
